Ideas We're Exploring¶
These are features we're thinking about — not commitments, not a timeline, not in priority order. If something here matters to your team, vote for it or tell us why. That shapes what we build next.
Nothing here is promised or scheduled. If a feature is critical for your team, open a discussion — real demand moves things forward faster than anything else.
Exception reason field¶
When requesting an exception, add a free-text field to record why — giving approvers context and creating an audit trail visible on the issue.
Checklist items linked to issues¶
Tie a checklist item to a GitHub issue. When that issue closes, the item auto-completes — no manual update required. Works across repos.
Bulk subtask creation¶
From the checklist editor, select incomplete items and create GitHub sub-issues for each in one action. Each sub-issue auto-completes its item when closed.
Release and milestone analytics¶
An aggregate view of checklist progress across all issues in a milestone, release, or GitHub Project — with an embeddable badge and a JSON API for custom dashboards.
Reviewer sign-off conditions¶
Reviewers can add their own checklist items dynamically to an open issue — prerequisites they require before granting sign-off, separate from the template.
Configurable bot messages¶
Override the text of any bot comment — for localisation, internal compliance wording, or house style — via your org's config file.
